The problem
Planners ran a regulated supply chain across spreadsheets and disconnected tools. Nobody could point at one version of the plan.
What we built
A web S&OP platform: demand and supply balanced against real capacity, what-if scenarios, and dashboards planners open every morning.

Courses, blogs, galleries and library were decentralised. Multiple platforms taped together, running a fragile membership platform and website CMS.

Nearly thirty years of residencies, events and publications that a three-person non-profit team has to keep publishing and cross-referencing on its own.

Engineering and upkeep on a custom WordPress build: programmes, thematics, open calls and a year-by-year archive, all editable without a developer.

A growing archive of talks and recordings, run by a volunteer team with no appetite for a database or a monthly server bill.
What we built
A static Jekyll site with TinaCMS for content: events, people, press and a video library, media off a CDN. The team edits it like a CMS, with the security and speed of a static site.

How we work
We start with understanding your context, needs and constraints. Based on your vision for the project, we put together a proposal that details the scope of work.
We design the screens and flows for the product, and share them with you as we go. This covers the interface, the content in it, and a design system for development.
We build the product in weekly cycles, deploying working software to staging each week and to real users once it is ready.
We continue supporting the product on a monthly retainer: updates, monitoring, bug fixes, and small feature work.
